French Army MAT49 Leather Pouch POU42

Ex-French Army leather pouch originally used to carry sub machine gun magazines.Made from thick cowhide tanned mustard brown,the pouch measures approximately 3cm deep,24cm high and 10cm wide.On the rear face it has three belt loops to enable it to be worn at different heights and a metal ring for attaching a web brace.The leather is still supple but would benefit from leather dressing etc.
