Romanian Army Rucksack PCK07

These old school Cold War classic Rucksacks were used by the Romanian Army until the fall of the Ceaucescu Communist regime. They are a solidly built single compartment bag made from heavy canvas that measures approximately 40cm x 22cm x 40cm making it roughly 35 litres in capacity. The leather straps have two ends: the inner two would attach to pouches on the belt, the outer straps clip to the bottom of the pack forming the shoulder straps. There are 5 sets of removable straps to attach a bedroll, a small Canteen(?) pocket on the left side and on the top flap a webbing cradle which originally was for attaching the steel helmet.
