These ex-Serbian Police/Civil Defence back packs are made of Poly-cotton fabric with nylon webbing shoulder and tie straps.The pack has two exterior pockets and a top flap which close with metal buckles.Inside the top flap there are tie tapes which along with two more buckle straps on each lower side can be used to attach a rolled jacket etc to the outside of the pack. With an approximate capacity 20-25 Litres these cute little packs would be great for kids.
