New Zealand Red Ensign

This is the New Zealand Red Ensign aka the “Red Duster” or NZ Maritime Flag.Made from screen printed 100% Polyester,these flags measure approximately 3ft x 5ft and they have brass eyelets at each end of the  tape reinforced “hoist” to enable them to be flown from a flag pole.The red Ensign is flown by civilian craft at the stern of the ship or boat to denote its nationality.
