These web straps were possibly part of a parachute harness system.They vary in colour and there is slight variation in the lengths of the straps and types of buckles.Either way they are very solidly made.They consist of two long double layered web straps approximately 80-84cm long and a cross strap measuring roughly 29-33cm long.At one end of each long strap there are heavy weight sprung metal clips, at the other end the strap is folded over to form a loop.
