NZDPM Ripstop Shirt

These shirts were an update from the lightweight cellular type introduced in 1997 (see SRT10). The fabric is basically the same but now in a ripstop weave for extra durability. Owing to the increasing use of vest webbing the shoulder was reinforced, the collar was changed to a “mandarin” style, shoulder epaulettes and button chest pockets were deleted in favour of vertical zip pockets and a single rank slide was mounted on the centre chest. The shirt still closes with a zip but the buttons are covered and the cuffs close with hook&loop. Finally hook&loop patches have been added for insignia. The shirts are used but still in good condition with plenty of wear left. Available in S, L & XL.
